Ah, come ci piace questa bella azienda danese, come ci piacciono i pois che ci fanno tornare indietro nel tempo e come ci piacciono i tessuti cerati. Diciamo la verità, Au Maison ci fa proprio impazzire. Per farla scoprire anche a voi, abbiamo deciso così di andare a fare una bella scampagnata in uno dei campi delle nostre colline e di fare un bel pic nic rigenerante. Con questo caldo…

Il tappettino è reversibile, cioè è realizzato appositamente double-face, non solo perchè ci piace giocare con i tessuti (fa parte del nostro lavoro), ma anche per una mera questione pratica. Da una parte – quella superiore – ci sono i fiorellini in cotone e dall’altra – quella a contatto con l’erba, per proteggerla  – ci sono i pois bianchi su fondo rosa in tela cerata ludica. Il bello di questo tappettino prêt à porter, che può avere gli usi più disparati e può essere usato all’aperto come in casa, è che si può richiudere a metà e arrotolare a mo’ di sacco a pelo con due fiocchetti. Comodo da trasportare no?

We sewed the mat and we realized it double-faced: on one side - the top - there are the flowers of cotton and on the other one - the one in contact with the grass, to protect it - there are white dots on a pink background and it's made of a shiny oilcloth. The beauty of this mat, which can have more versatile uses, and can be used outdoors or at home, is that you can close as if it was a sleeping bag thanks to its tassels. Very convenient to carry it! Isn't it?

La borsa da viaggio, così come la pochette invece nascono già fatti, ma nulla toglie ad ognuno di voi, parlo dei più creativi, di poterle realizzare da soli o di personalizzarne altri modelli con la vostra macchina da cucire.

The travel bag, as well as the clutch are already made, but nothing takes away every one of you, I speak of the most creatives, from making them on your own and customizing with your sewing machine. 
Il campionario di stoffe è variegato, così come la gamma cromatica, anche se noi abbiamo optato per quelle con le tonalità e il design più romantici, da vere "french style addicted" quali siamo. 

The selection in wide, as well as the color range, is variegated although we opted for those with the most romantic shade and design, let's say, French style.

I tessuti sono disponibili al metro e li potete acquistare on line nel nostro shop, ma anche in negozio: semplici, cerati opachi e cerati lucidi, idrorepellenti, pratici, ma soprattutto bellissimi. Basta poco per dare un tocco di freschezza in cucina, in soggiorno e non solo... no?

The fabrics are available at the meter and you can buy them online in our shop, but also in our store: simple, shiny or opaque waxed, water-repellent. Practical to give a touch of freshness to the kitchen and the living room and even more. Especially ideal for tablecloths, runners, breakfast place mats, aprons, children's aprons, tea towels, pot holders, chairs, cushions, but also to make travel bags,shopping trolleys, wallets, to cover boxes and books.
Ideali soprattutto per tovaglie, runner, tavagliette per la colazione, grembiuli, grembiulini da bambino, canovacci, presine, sedie, cuscini, ma anche per realizzare borse da viaggio, per la spesa, portafogli, ricoprire scatole e libri. Libero spazio alla fantasia, insomma.
